Subject: OC Sailing and Events Center RFP

Per your request, this email serves as notification that the County of Orange has released an update for the Request for Proposals (RFP) for leased management and operation of the OC Sailing and Events Center located in Dana Point Harbor – RFP 10-2015.

The RFP and relevant information can be found on www.ocdph.com and clicking the OC Sailing and Events Center RFP Information button on the home page.  The County is now using Bidsync to administer this RFP, all potential proposers must register with Bidsync to download a copy of the RFP document.  All questions, answers, and final proposals will be submitted to the County via Bidsync. 

Please note, the only two modifications to the RFP are the transition to Bidsync for administration, and the RFP schedule to allow sufficient time for proposers to provide questions and final proposals to be drafted.  The new date for the pre-proposal meeting is set for December 17, 2015, and all responses are now due no later than 4:00pm on January 22, 2016.
